PURPOSE OF ACTION
The purpose of the Program “DIGITAL MEDIA TOOLS” is to enhance the digital maturity of the country’s small and medium enterprises operating in a wide range of sectors of the economy. Eligible for a grant from the Program is the supply of digital products and services, as well as related services, through a system of vouchers.

They are active on the date of submission of the application for participation in the Program. 3. They have been established before 01.01.2022. 4. They are active in an eligible activity (the main KAD is taken into account when submitting the application). 5. During the period 01.01.2021-31.12.2021 they provided employment in terms of dependent work, which expressed in terms of Annual Units of work totals from 0.01 to 250.00 EME. 6. They operate legally and comply with the relevant EU and national environmental legislation, having the appropriate licensing document, in accordance with current legislation and their activity. 7. They constitute a legal entity (Societe Anonyme, Limited Liability Company, Limited Liability Company or Limited Liability Company, PC, Social Cooperative Enterprise, Cooperative) or Sole Proprietorship, and keep haplographic or bibliographic books. 8. They are not under bankruptcy, liquidation or compulsory management. 9. No procedure for recovery of state aid is pending against the company. 10. The total amount of de minimis aid received as a single enterprise, including aid from this Program, does not exceed the amount of 200,000 euros within three years (current financial year and the two (2) previous financial years). 11. The reasons for exclusion of article 40 of Law 4488/2017 are not met (it concerns fines imposed by the competent auditing bodies of the Labor Inspection Body for violations of labor legislation). From the digital products and services that can be subsidized through the program “Digital Media Tools”, WEBONE offers services that are part of all eligible costs related to the promotion of e-commerce.
In detail, these expenses concern:
• E-commerce platforms (selling products or automated delivery of services through an electronic platform) • Cloud tools for marketing automation, digital campaign management & customer loyalty • Cloud tools / connectors that connect to the online store and increase its functionality (recommendations, reviews, remarketing, chat etc.) • Tools / connectors for connection with electronic payment systems • Tools / connectors for connection with transport and product delivery services (3PL, couriers etc.)
Amount of subsidy
Depending on the size of each company, defined by the number of employees, the eligible costs are set from € 1000 to € 20,000 with a 90% aid rate.
EVALUATION CRITERIAS
Number of employees in EME Turnover to EME Operating Months The main activity falls in KAD Manufacturing or in other branches of KAD RIS3 The headquarters of the company is located in a mountainous, disadvantaged or island area The evaluation is comparative. Applications are approved based on their score and until the budget is exhausted.
How you can be funded by the program
WEBONE can offer a variety of solutions that are subsidized by 90% of the program. 1. Construction of your own eshop with a 90% subsidy 2. Reconstruction and improvement of your eshop. The actions that can be included in the program are: • Upgrading the eshop platform to the latest version • Creating an interface – bridge with commercial applications (ERP). • Creating an interface with courier companies for automatic creation of Vouchers and informing customers about the progress of their order • Add extension for extra functionality and services.
